LEG Member Support Line Overview

  1. Priority service for Members
  2. Check the progress of orders
  3. Assist Members with SIM activation
  4. Assist with customer sign-ups
  5. Follow up with customers who have not activated SIM cards
  6. Contact customers with failed mobile ports to help them activate
  7. Overall general LEG member assistance and support
